Our holiday camps offer the participants a possibility to learn a foreign language, make exciting experiences and find new friends.

Activity Teamer

 

As an Activity Teamer you are mainly responsible for the running of the activity program and the supervision of children/young people.

You are responsible for the welfare of the children, no matter what time of the day. As part of an international team you provide a creative all day programme, which is created by the Programme Organisers.

Good English language skills are required. 

 

Your tasks:

  • Supervision of children during their stay in the camp
  • Accompanying and supervising during both activities and excursions
  • Preparation and implementation of an activity programme together with the Programme Organiser
  • Organisation and supervision of bigger evening events
  • Welcoming the children and preparing them for departure, organising farewell meetings

Your profile:

  • Minimum 18 years old 
  • You need to be available for a minimum of two weeks
  • Good English language skills as the training events and the central camp communication will be held in English 
  • Enjoy working with children and young people
  • Like outdoor sports and Arts & Crafts
  • Have the ability to lead and motivate young people to participate fully in the programme
  • Good communication skills
  • Reliable and responsible
  • Flexible and open-minded
  • Good team player but also able to work independently

Formal aspects:

  • 200€ per week
  • Single or twin accommodation plus full-board meals
  • Travel allowance of 100 euros
  • First aid certificate (8 hours certification)
  • Police clearance certificate
  • You need to complete one of our online training events that take place leading up to the camps

For all Language Camps you will need at least a near native speaker level of English.
For the Girls Camp you need to be female and ideally have at least some German language skills.

 

Time frame and specifications for the Programme Teamers (long term):

All Programme Teamers (Long Term) need a good level of English and ideally some German language skills as well are interested in outdoor sports.
